Flight attendant/ Administrative assistant
Assist a highly busy Executive Chairman as Cabin Attendant on his private aircraft, and as full-time Administrative Assistant when not flying.
In order to apply, you must have the following qualifications attestation, VIP experience, the right to live and work in the UK with unrestricted right to travel Worldwide, recent experience on the Legacy and outstanding references. You will also be expected to carry out administrative duties and assist with all aspects of the operation of the aircraft.
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
Ability to handle pressure in stressful situations and solution-oriented
Able to coordinate amongst different offices, institutions, corporations and foundations
Capable to organize events of different complexity
Excellent IT skills
Committed with dedication and fast pace of implementation
Able to develop and sustain voice and email communication with several key aides, contacts and selected contacts of the Chairman
Cabin Requirements and Responsibilities:
Minimum 4 years professional experience in aviation as Cabin Crew
Experience in private jet aviation / first class experience/silver service skills are highly advantageous and single cabin experience is preferred.
Willing to work 24/7 and travel constantly with no personal obligations
SEP (Safety Equipment and Procedures) training
Knowledge of aviation legislation and regulations
Interpersonal Skills – Maintains strict confidentiality
Strong personal values corresponding with Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)
